Shipping a Historic Jeep in a Container with an ATA Carnet

At TCC Modexpress B.V., we take pride in our extensive experience in shipping goods worldwide. Recently, we had the honor of shipping an authentic World War II Jeep, a vehicle with a rich history. Our client, a collector of historic vehicles, had this Jeep in Canada and wanted to participate in the 80th anniversary of D-Day in France.

For this project, we used an ATA Carnet, an international customs document that facilitates the temporary import and export of goods without customs duties or taxes. This document allowed us to transport the Jeep from Canada to England, after which the vehicle was brought to France for the commemoration.

The transport took place in a sea container, providing a safe and reliable way to ship the Jeep over long distances. Our team ensured meticulous planning and execution, so the Jeep arrived at its destination in perfect condition. After the commemoration, we brought the Jeep back to England and then shipped it back to Canada with the same care and attention to detail.

At TCC Modexpress B.V., we are proud of our role in this special project. Shipping a historic Jeep for the D-Day commemoration was an honor and a responsibility that we carried out with the utmost care. This project underscores our commitment to customer satisfaction and our expertise in handling unique and valuable cargo. We look forward to taking on more of such special projects and continuing to support our clients with their transportation needs.
